Shipping in the UK and Ireland is free, and will be sent either by Royal Mail recorded delivery, or via another carrier such as DPD or Hermes.

We are also able to ship to countries outside the UK and Ireland, but please contact us before placing your order so that we can calculate the shipping costs for you in advance. 

We aim to create pieces that you will love and cherish for years to come. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return it within fourteen days of receiving it for a full refund minus the postage costs. 

 

This does not apply to bespoke or made to order items. Please see individual product details for returns information pertaining to individual items.

Refunds for bespoke orders can only be offered in the unlikely event of the piece being faulty. Exchanges are offered at our discretion. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Returns must be sent back in a saleable condition, in their original packaging with all labels attached in order to receive a refund. Refunds cannot be given if the item is returned soiled, has been worn, or it is after fourteen days of receipt.

 

When returning items, please ensure that you retain proof of posting and that you choose a postage method which offers you compensation to cover the value of the item. It is recommended that any parcel is returned using Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure that the contents are fully insured, as House Of Hersee cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged goods.

If you would like a refund, please contact House Of Hersee within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please do not return items without first contacting us to ensure that you are eligible for a refund.
